Our Factory Machines For Producing Bamboo Flooring

In our factory, we have several high-tech and computerized machines which we imported from Germany, Italy and Taiwan. For example, the kiln dry machine was imported from Italy - O.S.Panto; Tongue and Groove machine was imported from Germany - Homag; Coating orFinishing machine was imported from Germany - Burkle.

All those machines are most advanced ones in bamboo flooring factories in China. We did this investment to equip our factory to produce the highest and most consistent quality of bamboo products, including bamboo flooring, bamboo plywood, bamboo paneling etc.

Bamboo flooring is produced through over 40 steps.

Kiln dry: It is most important for quality control for raw materials. Without kiln dry, the raw materials can have high moisture content. Kiln dry is a conditioning room to adjust the moisture content of bamboo strips or bamboo blocks.

Presser: Our pressing machine is 800 tons. It can produce regular solidbamboo flooring and engineered bamboo flooring.

Tongue and Groove machine: Homag is the best tongue and groove machine for flooring production. Homag can have very finest tolerance control. Homag can do 48 meters per minute, which means one 20鈥� container only needs 12 hours.

Coating line: Our coating line is a full line and can do 1 container one day. We can do highgloss, semi gloss and matt, including supermatt, 10% only.
