Domotex Shanghai 2012 - Flooring Fair

Domotex Shanghai is the second largest flooring trade fair in the earth, totally 11 halls; 126,500 sq m. Domotex Shanghai is the most important flooring exhibition in the world because China is the world's factory. Importers, distributors even retailers come up there to look for suppliers. Some importers had a tremendous growing in flooring sales and they need find extra suppliers. Some distributors and retailers want to import directly from factories, not through importers. Some new flooring companies come to find the right product and supplier for their business.

Nearby Shanghai, Huzhou which is hardwood flooring manufacturers' centre is 110 km west of Shanghai. Changzhou which is laminate flooring manufacturers' centre is 150 km northwest of Shanghai. Anji which is bamboo flooring manufacturers' centre are 240 km west of Shanghai. In Domotex Shanghai, most of flooring factories will be there and display their latest products. In Hannover and Las Vegas, they just make a show, and build a direct contact with the distributors who are buying from importers. In Domotex Shanghai, they are building up business relationship with importers directly.

Now, government is getting involved with Domotex Shanghai also because this is a good opportunity to introduce their towns and cities to importers and investors. It can give unique impress than regular exhibitors. Government made a group for the factories in their area. It is not one factory, but whole factories in that region.

Domotex Shanghai will be held in last week of March. In 2012, it is held from March 27-29. In 2011, there are 39343 visitors - buyers, professionals and 1060 exhibitors arrived.
